The Founder
Become the Verb.
The Story
"I didn't start VERBMOTIV because I had it figured out. I started it because I needed it."
There was a point where the gap between who I was and who I wanted to become felt impossible to close. Not because I lacked motivation — I had plenty. What I lacked was a philosophy that actually worked when motivation didn't show up.
What I found — slowly, through practice and failure and starting again — was simple: actions create identity. Not affirmations. Not goals. Not inspiration. The repeated, specific, daily action is what builds a person.
Every day I chose to create — to build something real out of nothing — I became more of the person I was trying to be. The gap closed not through a single breakthrough, but through accumulation. One action at a time.
VERBMOTIV exists because I believe every person has a verb — a specific action they are committed to practicing until it becomes who they are. The brand, the community, the products: everything is built to help you find yours and live it.
The belief behind everything
"You don't become disciplined by saying you are disciplined. You become disciplined by practicing discipline — one action, one day, one choice at a time."
